شرایط و ضوابط اخلاقی و مسئولیت های نویسندگان

در این بخش تعهدات و مسئولیت های اخلاقی که در این نشریه متوجه نویسندگان می باشد ارائه شده است:

•  لطفاً از مراجعه حضوری و تماس تلفنی با دفتر نشریه خودداری فرمائید. در صورت وجود هرگونه سئوال، برای نشریه ایمیل etl.journalpnu@gmail.com , etl.journal@pnu.ac.ir ارسال فرمائید. ایمیل شما، ظرف مدت 48 ساعت کاری بررسی و پاسخ داده خواهد شد.
• در صورت امکان، به‌ترتیب اولویت از مرورگر فایرفاکس یا گوگل کروم استفاده کنید.
• لازم است در نگارش مقالات اصول اساسی نگارش و پژوهش رعایت شده باشد و مقالات باید بر اساس فرمت نشریه نگارش و تنظیم شوند، در غیر اینصورت مقاله وارد فرایند بررسی و ارزیابی نخواهد شد. 
• نویسندگان پیش از ارسال مقاله باید راهنمای نویسندگان و شرایط و ضوابط ارسال مقاله در این نشریه را مطالعه نمایند.
• لطفاً آیین‌نامه پیشگیری از سرقت و تقلب علمی و پرسش‌های متداول را به‌طور دقیق مطالعه فرمائید.
• برای اطلاع از محورها و موضوعات نشریه، صفحه اهداف و چشم انداز نشریه را ببینید؛ لازم است مقالات ارسالی مرتبط با یکی از موضوعات و محورهای نشریه باشد.
• نویسندگان توجه داشته باشند که مقاله ارسال شده به این نشریه، نباید به طور همزمان به نشریه دیگری ارسال شده باشد. در صورتی که خلاف این مطلب اتفاق بیفتد، بدیهی است که نشریه در رد مقاله و یا برخورد متناسب بر اساس قوانین و ضوابط اخلاق نشر آزاد است.
• نویسنده مسئول مقاله، باید موافقت و آگاهی سایر نویسندگان همکار از ارسال مقاله در این نشریه را از طریق فرم تعهد نویسندگان تأیید و ارسال نماید (دریافت فرم های نشریه).
• تمامی نویسندگانی که نام آنان در مقاله و در فرم تعهدنامه ذکر شده است باید در نگارش و تدوین مقاله مشارکت داشته باشند.
• تقدیر و تشکر و وابستگی سازمانی نویسندگان در مقاله آورده شود و هرگونه تضاد منافع بین نویسندگان و یا سازمان‌ها در فرم تعارض منافع بیان شده باشد (دریافت فرم های نشریه).
• لازم است نویسندگان به طور شفاف حامی مالی پژوهش (در صورت وجود) را گزارش نمایند.
• از هر نویسنده در هر سال، تنها دو مقاله بررسی و در صورت تایید، چاپ خواهد شد، با رعایت ضوابط نشریه، اگر حتی یکی از نویسندگان مقاله، مقاله‌ای در دست چاپ و یا بررسی در این نشریه داشته باشد، از دریافت مقاله جدید معذوریم یا نوبت چاپ آن به سال بعد با رعایت همین مقررات انتقال خواهد یافت.
• در انتهای منابعی که فارسی هستند و به انگلیسی ترجمه شده‌اند،‎ حتماً از کروشه و به صورت [In Persian] اضافه شود.
• مقاله‌های ارسالی توسط دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی و اعضای هیئت علمی آموزشی و پژوهشی دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات پژوهشی، ترجیحاً با ایمیل سازمانی یا دانشگاهی آن‌ها ارسال شود.
• تمامی نویسندگان باید بدانند که مقالات ارسالی به این نشریه جهت جلوگیری از تخلفات علمی، توسط نرم افزار مشابهت یاب، بررسی می شوند.
• نویسندگان باید به تمامی منابعی که چه به صورت مستقیم و چه به صورت غیرمستقیم از آن ها استفاده کرده اند، به نحو صحیح و مناسب استناد نمایند.

  TITLE

  ABSTRACT (10 Font Size, bold, all caps, left justified)- Abstract should be written between 200-250 words and with 10 font size, Times New Roman, justified, single line spacing. Abstract should be included: Introduction, Methods and Materials, Results, Conclusion and Keywords.

  KEYWORDS: keyword 1; keyword2; keyword3; up to 6 (Said section should contain maximum 6 words that are written with 10 font size and separated with semi-colon)

   EXTENDED ABSTRACT

  Extended abstracts must contain all relevant aspects and information of a regular research in a form that is shorter than the full text. In addition, you should use references in the extended abstract up to 8. Subtitles of the extended abstract should be composed of introduction, Methods and Materials, results, discussion (selective) and conclusion. It shall be written in English with Times New Roman font, single line spacing and 11 font size and can contain figures (up to 2), tables (up to 2), or images (up to 2). Page margins are 1 inch on all sides, in A4 paper size and should not exceed 4 pages (including all figures, tables) or from 2000 to 2500 words. It should follow the suggested template below.

   INTRODUCTION (Title Times New Roman, 12 font size, bold). Current literature regarding the work subject should be examined and the differences of the said work from the past, similar works should be presented clearly in the introduction section.

   METHODOLOGY The methodology must be clearly stated and described in sufficient detail or with sufficient references. The author shall explain the research question, describe the research framework, and the methods applied in detail. It should be furthermore highlighted why the research question is relevant to theory and practice, and why the chosen method(s) are suited for the problem.

   RESULT Presentation of the result obtained. If possible, use descriptive figures or tables rather than explain in text. Do not discuss or interpret the results at this stage.

  Figures and tables must be numbered. Figures and tables captions must be centered in 12 p.t with small caps. Captions with figure numbers must be placed after their associated figures. Captions with table numbers must be placed before their associated tables.

   DISCUSSION (this part is selective) Discuss the results. Put your results in perspective by comparing to other studies or generally accepted knowledge in the field. Criticize your own method and results, for example, with respect to the simplifications made.

   CONCLUSIONS Conclusion should include (1) the principles and generalizations inferred from the results, (2) any exceptions, problems or limitations of the work, (3) theoretical and/or practical implications of the work, and (5) conclusions drawn and recommendations.
