چکیده

در این پژوهش، یک حسگر زیستی نوری نوین برای تشخیص بافت‌های سرطانی مغز طراحی و به‌صورت نظری تحلیل شده است. ساختار پیشنهادی بر پایه‌ بلور فوتونی یک‌بعدی متشکل از لایه‌های تناوبی سیلیس و هوا طراحی شده که درون آن یک کاواک نقص‌دار با لایه‌ای از نانوکامپوزیت ابررسانای دمای‌ بالای پایه ‌بیسموت پوشانده شده است. با بهره‌گیری از روش ماتریس انتقال، طیف تراگسیل ساختار بررسی شده و نتایج نشان می‌دهد که حضور نانوکامپوزیت ابررسانا، برهم‌کنش امواج الکترومغناطیسی با نمونه‌های زیستی را به‌طور چشمگیری تقویت کرده و باعث ایجاد مدهای تشدیدی باریک و مشخص در شکاف باند فوتونی می‌شود. موقعیت طیفی این مدهای تشدیدی به ضریب شکست ماده‌ زیستی داخل کاواک وابسته است و با بهینه‌سازی پارامترهایی مانند ضریب پرشدگی نانوکامپوزیت و ضخامت جایگاه نمونه، قابلیت تنظیم‌پذیری بالایی پیدا می‌کند. با بررسی نمونه‌های مختلف بافت مغزی شامل مایع مغزی‌نخاعی، گلیومای درجه‌پایین، مدولوبلاستوما، گلیوبلاستوما و لیپوما مشاهده شد که هر یک از این نمونه‌ها قله‌های تشدیدی مجزا و قابل ‌تشخیصی در طیف تراگسیل ایجاد می‌کنند که فاصله‌ آنها از طول موج مرجع به‌خوبی قابل اندازه‌گیری است. در ساختار بهینه‌شده، حساسیت حسگر برای بیماری لیپوما تا حدود ۱٫۶۳ میکرومتر بر واحد ضریب شکست افزایش یافته که نشان‌دهنده‌ عملکرد بسیار مطلوب آن نسبت به نمونه‌های مشابه است. این یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که حسگر زیستی پیشنهادی مبتنی بر بلور فوتونی یک‌بعدی حاوی نانوکامپوزیت ابررسانای بیسموت، می‌تواند به‌عنوان ابزاری حساس، بدون نیاز به نشان‌گذار، مقرون‌به‌صرفه و قابل اعتماد برای تشخیص زودهنگام و دقیق تومورهای مغزی در طراحی ادوات تشخیصی پیشرفته استفاده شود.
