چکیده

این مطالعه تأثیر هم‌زمان رنگدانه‌های طبیعی استخراج‌شده از پوست بادمجان و کلم بنفش، همراه با رنگدانه مصنوعی N719، بر راندمان سلول‌های DSSC بررسی کرده است. نانوذرات اکسید روی به روش سل-ژل سنتز شده و بر روی فوتوآند لایه‌نشانی شدند. پنج سلول DSSC (DSSN1 تا DSSN5) با رنگ‌های مختلف حساس‌سازی شدند. ساختار نانوذرات ZnO با پراش اشعه ایکس (XRD) هگزاگونال و اندازه متوسط 32.30 نانومتر تأیید شد. تصاویر SEM تخلخل مناسب سطح آند را با اندازه نانوذرات 28.46 نانومتر نشان داد. طیف‌سنجی UV-Visible نشان داد که ترکیب سه رنگدانه بیشترین پهنای طیف جذبی و کمترین گاف انرژی (2.14 الکترون‌ولت) را دارد. شبیه‌سازی PnuAhwaz-SOL نشان داد که DSSC5 با راندمان 1.46% بهترین عملکرد را دارد. ترکیب رنگدانه‌های طبیعی و مصنوعی باعث افزایش کارایی سلول‌ها شد، به طوری که سلول حساس‌شده با دو رنگدانه طبیعی بازدهی 18 درصد بیشتر از سلول با رنگدانه مصنوعی داشت. همچنین، سلول با ترکیب سه رنگدانه نشان‌دهنده افزایش 100 درصدی بازده بود. این روش هزینه پایین و سازگاری زیست‌محیطی دارد.
