Abstract
In this study, serum samples were collected from a group of individuals, including patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, high cholesterol, elevated triglycerides, as well as healthy individuals. Using Raman spectroscopy and comparing the spectra of each group, the biochemical variations in serum were examined. The results, based on the calculation of peak intensities and standard deviations, showed that the Raman peak intensities were higher in the patient groups compared to the healthy individuals.
