چکیده

در این مقاله به سنتز سبز و بررسی خواص ساختاری نانو ذرات مغناطیسی CoFe2O4 با زمینه کاربردی پزشکی و دارورسانی هدفمند پرداخته شده است. نانو ذرات مورد استفاده در این زمینه نه فقط باید دارای قدرت مغناطیسی مناسب و اندازه ریز بوده بلکه باید غیر سمی و سازگار با محیط زیست باشند. سنتز بیولوژیکی روشی مناسب برای این منظور است.نانو ذرات مغناطیسی CoFe2O4 با استفاده از روش هم رسوبی از نمک‌های فلزی و در حضور عصاره برگ پسته در فشار محیط و دمای پایین سنتز شده است و توسط روش‌های طیف‌سنجی XRD و تحلیل طیفی ریتولد مشخصه‌یابی شده‌اند. بررسی‌ها نشان داده که نانو ذرات حاصل تک فاز و بدون ناخالصی بوده و اندازه ذرات برابر 14 نانومتر است. تحلیل طیفی ریتولد، ساختار مکعبی اسپینل با گروه نقطه‌ای Fd3m و خواص مناسب را برای نانو ذرات تایید نموده است.از مزایای این روش می‌توان به موارد زیر اشاره نمود. این روش اقتصادی و دوستدار محیط زیست است زیرا مستلزم مواد غیر سمی و ارزان می‌باشد و نانو ذرات CoFe2O4 با اندازه مناسب به آسانی تهیه شده‌اند. علاوه بر این یون‌های کربوکسیلات موجود در عصاره گیاهی به عنوان عامل پوشاننده عمل کرده و باعث پایداری نانو ذرات می‌شوند.
